What's inside

Every product comes as US Letter and A4 PDFs. To rebrand one, you can upload the PDF to your own Canva account (Canva's PDF import works on a free account) or edit it in any PDF editor you like. How editable an imported page is depends on the editor you use. Page counts are approximate.

How to use it

1. Download the ZIP from your order email and unzip it. You'll find one folder per product, a START HERE PDF and the license.
2. Read the license card so you know what you can and can't do.
3. Open the Quick-Start Checklist and pick one product to start with.
4. Import that product's PDF into your editor. In Canva (a free account works), upload the PDF and open it as a design, or use any PDF editor you like.
5. Rebrand it: change colors, fonts, text, layout and cover, and add your own name or brand.
6. Export your PDF and test-print a page to check margins. You can sell it as a printable, or sell printed copies.
7. Use the listing copy template to write your product title and description. Keep it honest and don't make income claims.
8. Use the mockups and pin images to show your version in your own shop. (They're for your use, not for resale.)
9. Repeat with the next product when you're ready.

Selling on Etsy? Etsy only allows items you made or designed yourself, so you'll need to change the designs a lot first. Check Etsy's own rules before you list.

FAQ

Do I need Canva?
No. You can edit the PDFs in Canva (its PDF import works on a free account) or in any PDF editor. How editable an imported page is depends on the editor.

Can I sell these on Etsy?
Only after you change the designs a lot. Etsy only allows items you made or designed yourself. Please check Etsy's current rules before listing.

Can I change the price?
Yes. You set your own price.

Can I sell printed copies?
Yes. You can sell the products as printables or as printed, physical copies.

Can my customers resell them?
No. Your customers get personal-use rights only. Resell rights (PLR or MRR) aren't passed on.

Can I resell the bonuses?
No. The bonuses (mockups, listing templates, pin images, checklist) are for your own use. Rebranded finished products you make from the 12 PDFs are fine to sell.

Is there a limit on how many I can sell?
No. Sales are unlimited. The license is for you, the buyer, and can't be transferred.

Can I put my own name or brand on them?
Yes. You can edit everything and put your own name or brand on it. You can't say you are DigitalDownloadsTMT or that we endorse you.

Can I use them as freebies for my email list?
Yes, as long as you've changed the design first. You can't give away the unchanged files for free.

How do I get the files?
Right after you buy, you'll get an instant download link for one ZIP, with a folder for each product.

What if a file doesn't work?
Email support@digitaldownloadstmt.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll fix it or refund you.

Will this kit bring me sales?
We can't promise sales or income. The kit gives you ready-made files, clear rights and saved design time. Results depend on your own work, pricing and marketing.

8. Use the products as freebies to grow your email list (lead magnets), if you have changed the design first.
9. Use the bonuses (mockups, listing copy templates, pin images, Quick-Start Checklist) for your own shop.

You can't

1. Give away the unchanged files for free.
2. List the unchanged files on Etsy. Etsy only allows items you made or designed yourself, so you'd need to change the designs a lot first.
3. Say you are DigitalDownloadsTMT, or that we endorse you.
4. Claim you wrote the original or register copyright on the unchanged versions.
5. Use the products for anything illegal, hateful or misleading.
6. Make income or earnings promises when you sell them (for example, "earn $X a month"). Those claims can break ad platform rules and the law.
7. Add trademarks or characters you don't own (for example, Disney characters or sports teams).
8. Pass on resell rights. Your customers get personal-use rights only (no PLR or MRR).
9. Resell or give away the bonuses. They're for your own use only.
10. Transfer this license to someone else.

We promise the files work and match the description. We can't promise sales or earnings. That depends on your own work, pricing and marketing.
